How would I go about opening a fireworks stand in Texas?
Money issues aside, how would one go about opening a fireworks stand? I’m looking for information such as finding land, regulations, business titles, where to purchase fireworks in bulk, etc.

I would imagine it would start with some state agency. look for "Texas fireworks license" or something on google. Aren’t there already 1000′s of those stands in Texas?
